With a welcoming matcha bar downstairs and a community and creativity hub upstairs, Whisk by JENKI serves whisked-to-order, ceremonial-grade matcha drinks, as well as functional shakes and homemade matcha bakes, 8am-6pm. Matcha is a Japanese tea made from shade-grown tea leaves that are finely ground into a vibrant green powder, offering a similar caffeine content to coffee but with none of the jitters. JENKI’s signature blend combines Samidori, Yabukita and Okumidori cultivars, which together produce a sweet aroma and creamy froth, with a rich, nutty, mellow taste. Each batch is independently tested for heavy metals and pesticides.
