Darren Brown’s hand-dived scallops, day boat fish and wild venison stalked on his local Dorset moors are transformed into a delectable range of lunchtime options, with a commitment to provenance, seasonality and flavour. Dishes including wild venison burgers and grilled Dorset scallops with lemon and garlic butter are all prepared and cooked to order. Also on the menu is the famous HIX’s Fishdog, an elevated take on the classic fishfinger sandwich created by Mark Hix, the celebrated chef, food writer and long-time friend of Darren’s.
