A creative, ever-changing menu of ingredient-led, Greek inspired dishes
With its name taken from the Greek word for ‘raw’ – a reference to the stripped-back simplicity of the setting, sourcing and cooking – OMA is a Greek-inspired restaurant created by David Carter, the restaurateur behind Smokestak and Manteca. Based upstairs from its more casual sister restaurant AGORA, it offers a creative, ever-changing menu of seasonal, ingredient-led Mediterranean dishes, produced within the theatre of a wrap-around, open-plan kitchen.
