Michael Hickson worked his first day at Borough Market as a teenager more than 20 years ago and has been grafting there as a skilled greengrocer ever since. Having made his way up from barrow boy to stall manager, he is now running a fruit and veg business of his own, Hickson & Daughter.
Seasonal produce is sourced from local farmers whenever possible and always with a strong commitment to minimising the environmental impact of its production, transportation and packaging.
